After creating a project you’re free to upload your video content.

To upload videos follow these steps:

Step 1: Click the ‘My Projects’ button on the main menu opening the ‘Manage Projects’ area.

Step 2: Next choose the project you’d like to upload a video into, clicking the ‘reveal more’ button, shown as number 1 in the screen grab, to open the project menu.

Step 3: Now click the ‘New Content – Video’ button, found on your project side menu and shown as number 2 in the screen grab, this opens up the ‘Video Upload’ screen.

Step 4: Now it’s time to enter your video metadata – text based information about the video you’re uploading, and choose a custom thumbnail. You can see an example of this page to the right. 

Step 5: Next up are your video Settings, Download Options, and Publishing Status. We offer a number of default options here but you can choose to change them as necessary. Again this screen is shown to your right.

Step 6: When you’re happy that you’ve entered the right metadata and settings click ‘Next’, found at the bottom of the metadata screen, to open the ‘Upload video’ page.

Step 7: On the ‘Upload video’ page click ‘Select File’ to locate the video file on your computer, doubling clicking the file to start your upload. The upload progress is then shown – Do NOT click away from this page whilst your upload is in progress or it will be cancelled.

Step 8: Once your upload has completed the page will pause briefly and then reload, taking you back to the ‘Manage Projects’ view. You’ll now see your video within your project. Job done.
