The ‘Statements’ area allows you to
access, view, and download all current
and historical reporting statements for your account. These are ordered in date
order, with the most recently published statements appearing at the top.
Within the ‘Statements’ area you have the

Select All Statements: This
allows you to download all available statements in one go. You will be offered
the choice between downloading .CSV files or .PDF files, with statements
compressed into one file with WinZip. Simply unzip the file to access each individual reports.
Select Individual Statements: Download
single or multiple statements by selecting each line required. You
will be offered the choice between downloading .CSV files or .PDF files,
with multiple files being compressed into one file with WinZip. Again simply unzip the file to then access individual reports.
XLSL / .PDF file: Clicking
the .XLSL or .PDF icon gives you access to a direct view for that statement
only.
Download:
Only visible once a statement or multiple statements have been selected.
Clicking this opens up a download options form – where you’ll be given the
choice between downloading .XLSL or .PDF files.
Change Since Last Period: A
quick reference to the percentage change in revenue compared to the last
statement, with increases in revenue shown in green.
Expand / Contract view: Clicking
the black arrow alongside each statement will open up further statistics for
that period – including total ad-enabled views both on and off channel.
